The Superman reboot, Man of Steel, will be directed by Zack Snyder and produced by Christopher Nolan, making for high anticipation of this upcoming film after the mediocre Superman Returns.
Warner Bros. gives us a first look of actor Henry Cavill as the legendary Superman, and it looks pretty good. The costume is darker, and more modern, prying itself from the Christopher Reeve version of the caped crusader.
Man of Steel arrives to theaters on June 14, 2013 so fanboys will have a long wait before satisfying their curiosity. So far, with this first photo, the film looks promising. Then again, it’s just a photo.
