Chuck Liddell

Charles David “Chuck” Liddell (born December 17, 1969) is an American actor and a retired mixed martial artist who was under contract with The Ultimate Fighting Championship. Liddell fought for the organization’s light heavyweight division and gained popularity with MMA fans for his knockout power. In 2005, Liddell coached against Randy Couture on The Ultimate Fighter: Season One and then after, avenged his loss to Couture to become the Light Heavyweight Champion by way of knockout.

Liddell retired from the sport in 2005 with a 21-8 record after a knockout loss to Rich Franklin at UFC 115, the event was held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. On July 11, 2009, Liddell was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame as a one time title holder with four title defenses. Liddell resides in Southern California where he attends college and is still active with training at “The Pit”. A gym founded by Liddell’s long-time coach, John Hackleman”.
